Treatment - Fatigue
by Razan 7 years
Razan had a teddy bear that she could not sleep without. Her stuffed animal was more than just a toy. It became her source of warmth, comfort, and closeness. The attachment a child has to their stuffed bear is one we cannot explain. Imagine taking your child’s best friend away from them. Imagine crushing them and telling them they cannot play with one, cuddle it or even have it with them in their room. Razan drew her teddy bear with sad teary eyes. Her teddy was calling for her, wanting to be carried and played with again… Razan had to let go of her teddy bear when she got cancer, as the dust and material of the stuffed toy is unsafe for her health. Today, she misses him, and they are both sad to have let go of each other.
